I’m guessing just like everyone else, but...I think the real challenge right now is that UPS is the only top tier job currently offering interviews. Everyone from dudes awaiting furlough, regional guys, and every military pilot separating in the next two years is flooding the application system. HR probably is trying to be exceptionally picky, but lacks the automated tools to do so.
