If it comes down to it, ill take a COLA without DC to help mitigate a furlough. But until that, I wouldn't personally want to take a cola without company DC funding. I value the companies DC funding very much
That comes across much better, and I agree with it. Hopefully there are plenty of other solutions available to help the company save money so we can get all of us through this the best we can.
