Wishing nothing but the best for those at XJT, no one wants to see fellow pilots faced with the horrible choice of concessions to keep a job. I completely understand why some would be willing to take that deal, and I can’t fault you for that, it’s easier to preach when it isn’t directly happening to you. But I do hope for the good of the profession that enough of you are willing to wager personal sacrifice against setting the profession back.
Over time your pilot group has been a leader in moving the “B Scale” portion of the profession forward, as a necessary consequence to see the floor knocked down by one of our professions leaders would be a huge gain to anti-labor forces. Godspeed to all of you who have the courage to stare down the barrel and refuse to set us as a group back.
