Besides the money?

If I’m the company, I’ve negotiated in good faith with the pilots to provide a much higher cost manpower reduction than what furlough provides. I don’t hold out any expectation that the company will expand the demographic, the next move is they turn the dial at the other end of the spectrum via furloughs until pilot costs are where they want them.
