I'd say it's all about the language thats negotiated. Line holder guarantee is currently ALV -7, so a straight ALV reduction would lower the minimum guarantee a like amount. Counting on the availability of open time isn't a sure thing either. And if they lower the reserve guarantee's, that is most defiantly a concession for everyone thats stuck on reserve for what could end up being several more years.
