For everyone who can't hold a line, a reduction in reserve guarantee of 10-15 hours a month would be a pretty substantial, involuntary reduction in pay. I'm just throwing those numbers out there, but I keep hearing 10-15 hours when people are throwing out ideas.

That’s what i thought. Maybe Nimslow is a delta guy. I think the only person against lowering ALV is Texaspilot. I’d love to have 65-75 hrs a month.

Nope, not Delta. I don't think anyone would be against a reduction in ALV, when there is plenty of flying to go around, for the people who like to fly high time. But with the bottom of the LCW at ALV -7, and the possibility of limited, or no open time, it's going to be a hard sell under current conditions.
