My background is 22 years at a 121 carrier and before that 7 years at a scheduled 135 Commuter so to me it is normal to swap every leg. In fact when I first got to Plane Sense FOs could fly the passenger legs. The change happened because of a mandate from our POI. So don't get upset with Plane Sense that FOs can't fly passenger legs, get upset with the FAA.
