It would take some negotiating and structured agreements, but we have the framework to keep everyone on property. People can work less for less money, or work more for more money. The company will want a hard number of reduced lines/money saved, so if enough senior pilots don’t elect to fly a reduced line, it could be assigned in reverse seniority order.

This company was so appealing pre-Covid because of the retirement numbers. That should also work to our advantage now. If DAL and UAL can stave off furloughs and we cannot, that is absolutely pathetic.
