Correct, 145 is not, however the 200 still is, even though most pilots aren’t actively trained on it anymore it’s still on the 121 certificate so if Mesa needed it it would be a pretty quick spin up.
Or if the deal was sweet enough they could reactivate the freedom cert with The 145 on it . Probably not likely but possible.
