Default American Aircraft Damaged

LAS VEGAS, NV (AP) - An American Airlines MD-80 jet airplane with 95 passengers aboard was slightly damaged today while landing at the McCarren Airport. A spokesman for the airline said nobody was injured and the airplane should return to service after a few minor repairs.

Witnesses state the American aircraft was attempting to land right behind a United Airlines jet. United Airlines, which has been operating in bankruptcy for nearly a decade now and may liquidate at any time, declined to comment on how their pilots (among the highest paid in the world making over $500,000 per year) carelessly disturbed the air behind their aircraft making the landing by the American Airline's crew extremely difficult.

Passengers aboard the American Airlines flight said they will never fly United Airlines in the future.
