I used to fly for a fractional (Avantair). Not only did we get $2.00 per diem/hr for 7 days straight, but also could get any tipping reimbursed by the company. I think it was up to $5.00 per day, regardless of being CA or FO.

Tip went to shuttle drivers and FBO personal cleaning the LAV.

Now, 10 years later @ an airline, I'm making $1.70 per diem/hr. No further reimbursement for any tips by the company provided.
