Tip went to shuttle drivers and FBO personal cleaning the LAV.

I'm in the same boat as you. My 135 paid $3.21/hr PD and any "reasonable" tips were reimbursed. Now I get $1.90 and no reimbursements.
I still tip them if they help with my bags and if I have cash on me. We do the same overnights over and over again, they know I tip if I have cash and if I don't, it's no big deal.
