Anyway, I know that the initial cadre are not equipment locked. You'll get more information on the standing bid soon. Yes, some junior captains would end up on the right seat of the 737-- yep that's usually how an equipment change works, especially to larger equipment.
It's possible that some pilots in the initial cadre wouldn't go back, but they're not locked. To be honest, I do not care what they do with their career choices. Finally, for what it is worth, the initial cadre Dispatchers are not equipment locked either, that decision was made directly due to the initial cadre pilots not being locked. The second group is locked (in dispatch 1 year, pilot 3 years).
I'm going back to lurking in my dark hidey hole again. Have a nice evening everyone, keep up the good work, stay safe and healthy out there. Wherever you work, passenger side, I hope luck and seniority are on your side come October 1st.
Oh, you’re dispatcher! Awesome man. Keep up the good work on y’alls end d to. And always plan me at least cost index 60 on the last leg of the trip so I have an excuse to fly .82 and 330 kts
