It's really a non issue. Switching off legs is pretty standard stuff, and good workload management. Even before the change, we still switched off each leg, this just put it in writing per the lack of instrument currency for FOs. Didn't even notice a difference. With the amount of flying we do, there's more than enough opportunity for low time pilots to gain experience. As tanker mentioned, PNF duties are still required crewmember duties.
