Does anyone know if when going through immigration to Canada is it just your FBI background check that comes up in their system or something more like state or court records? Also, does it only matter for actual CONVICTIONS? What if you made a plea agreement in court that kept it from being an actual conviction but you still plead guilty and received court supervision for it?
