With regard to fighting off the virus, nobody is saying to haphazardly act like a moron with a complete and total disregard for general health and safety. But it is important to realize that even with the mask mandate and all of these rules you could very likely still catch the virus (happened to me). At that point it's up to your immune system to sort things out, and according to my doctor there are things that you can do to greatly optimize that situation.
