While it seems daunting to compete with the likes of a 10,000 hour pilot my advice is simple. If you’re interested in working here, apply. Don’t get discouraged and if it’s what you want put in. Hopefully we’re smart enough to hire you. We need you that’s for sure given pending business. I know these are scary times. Frustrating times. But don’t give up and keep the faith.
