We come to be compensated. How we are compensated I would think would be the first stop someone would make when educating themselves.

I’m sorry I know everyone is dealing with a lot but it just amazes me how many pilots I run into that don’t know how we get paid, how our health insurance works, what our vesting schedule is, how vacation work, sick accrual, etc etc etc. It’s like what do you come to work for? The pure joy of flying an airplane in cruise for hours. YGTFKM.
