I do think the legacy business model is falling apart. With more and more regionals losing the battle you’re going to see less of a whipsaw effect (Not much competitors). Which will in turn increase the costs associated to mainline. I guess you reap what you sow. The LCC and ULCC are going to thrive. The only reason legacies brought in the cash they did was because of the outsourcing. It’s going to get brutal. The seat belt sign is on, I suggest you fasten your seatbelts. Outsourcing fails. It will be in business books yet to come.
