Then what are they going to do about first year pay? They need this increase in order to start filling classes. Will they just increase it with out compensation everyone else? If so then I guarantee their costs will go up and I’m sure many including myself will do our parts to assist these increases!

No, they'll come back to the table ASAP so that a pay proposal can be passed which alows for an increase in first year pay.
