There have definitely been states that seemed to be inflating their numbers, At one point NY added people retroactively to the Covid count as long as you died with any Covid symptoms regardless of how you tested.

hospitals are still financially incentivized to report COVID over other cases and things like what I cited are still happening. How you can see example after example of medical examiners passing blatant non Covid deaths off as Covid and not think they are doing the same with regards to other diseases is beyond me.

to be clear I’m not an anti masker or a pro trumper, Covid is real and not a hoax, but there is definitely evidence the numbers are being inflated which only further feeds the fear porn put out by the media ( and makes it harder for my employer to survive)
