106 of those 162 are available (ie not booked), so 56 seats are currently booked. Of those 106 empty seats, 59 (mostly middles) are blocked from booking (ie the 103 cap). So the number of open and available seats for bookings or nonrevs is 103 (cap) - 56 (pax booked) = 47 open/bookable seats
