All this allows is that if someone would rather be furloughed than take a zero hour line it allows them to do that while allowing a junior guy who is willing to accept the 0 hour line to do that. If they didn’t, then if a senior guy would rather be furloughed, it wouldn’t allow the junior guy to take the 0 hour line instead. The junior guys are not going to get anything that wasn’t offered to the more senior pilots first.
