It’s been quiet on the scope front lately. CARES 2 would support the current status quo right up until the look back period forces reductions. Prudence dictates plans are in place before that occurs. I am not clear on who has the upper hand in this fight. I have long suspected from the absolute silence on the issue that Kirby fully expects scope relief and hasn’t put serious effort into formulating a fleet plan without it.Originally Posted by rickair7777
