Likely purchased the PSA 200s because they were the newest -200's manufactured. Likely just a tail substitution for United 200 flying. Also likely the purchase was closed before they lost the Delta 200 flying. They were all Flaps 8 200s with ADSB upgrade.
Yes, OO over the years has retired very old 200's and replaced them with newer used 200's acquired from various places. Kind of an ongoing used-fleet refresh program.
