And they deride regional guys as somehow being beneath their standards. And yet we are apparently all ex-felons, guys with multiple DUIs, or learning-impaired, according to some of the nonsense on this forum...
I know there are a few tools out there that think that, but most majors do look on that experience very favorably. My current employer seems to seek mostly Military and experienced regional guys. Many of them from your current employer.
