Not true. As mentioned before, the absolute mins are 2000TT w/1500 PNCL time w/ 100 hours in the "mentor" program (flying with a "mentor" CA). After that the minimums go up to the 2500-3500 range depending on your TT and time on type/PNCL time.
The upgrade is still quick although there is now a minimum of 100 hours on PNCL A/C prior to upgrade regardless of TT.
However, be careful about coming to PNCL before we get a contract. With everything that's going on now, it's a game of russian roulette...
