Payroll support, nor the word "airline" was mentioned in any of the executive orders.
Congress writes checks, the President can stop collections and ease restrictions.
Congess is on recess until Sept 14, although they reportedly are "close to the phone" in case a miracle in the COVID relief situation happens.
As of now, no bill. No bill, no extension of said bill.
