There's that weird prop thing attached to the engine. Just because the engine is started up and the prop is spinning, doesn't mean the a/c is able to move on it's own.

Oh, and maybe you don't mean it this way, but it seems as if you're trying to start some kind of 9E/XJ bout... if that's your intention, don't bother.
