I do the 15/13. Enjoy having my schedule set a year and a half out. Also work less throughout the year. Airline less too. Essentially go to work 12 times a year. When I take vacation it's 13 off, 7 on, 22 off. Do that twice a year and it ain't so bad.

Sit at an FBO? Never.

Per Diem? Never. (Fully reimbursed, so you actually eat good food).

Hotel Shuttles? Never. Always a Rental / (Lyft if you want.)

I go home happy and rested. My wife is happy. It's a good place with good people.
