Per the company employee call, GoJet is planning 35% to 50% furlough for pilots effective October 1st. I am not sure if you can stay in the pool for ever, but as for right now, they would have to recall all the furloughs before they start hiring again. I know that we have at least 25 pilots that were "hired" on March 24th 2020, they came for one day got a seniority number and were sent home, they are not considered furloughs, but they are not active employees either, but the do have a seniority number.
