That would work if the entire crew were on the same page, but there is a very militant minority or maybe its a majority that have a deathly fear of catching covid and any slip ups are near literal negligent manslaughter. The chances of getting written up are very high if you don't follow the letter of the law in this. This is on jetblues hands, lets not blame the crew.
