Meanwhile, every week the mask rules get stricter, not looser. And they tell us to enforce this impression by playing up the masks in our pilot PAs. And they request that we lead by example and make our PAs in the cabin, wearing our masks.

Every memo for the last 4 months reinforce this one theme:
“We need PR to survive, and the best PR is to show the flying public we’re serious about these COVID rules. Specifically, our mask policy is all about our PR and image. Jetblue management is serious about these masks. You should be, too. And in case we weren’t clear enough, when in doubt always side with the mask rules.
