By that logic, why put out anything today at all? Why not just wait until next week? Or even better just wait for the AE to come out in September. Come on, you know a lot of folks were hitting refresh often this morning, actually believing something so simple wouldn't take nearly all of a business day to put out. Especially given how generic the memo ended up being.
It's not that it makes a difference, it's that there are a lot of folks, not just UNA's, that are anxiously awaiting the info. You may not care, but many do. Moving on.
