Well, there's a lot of them for one. For two, they are type certificated for one pilot, which while possible, isn't always a good idea. There's a LOT of drag when that engine doesn't feather, way more than any jet with engines near the fuselage is going to have. I think training-wise, more than a few people have circumvented actually dealing with this in any realistic or helpful scenario. Due to there being a lot of them, they end up being used for lots of Part 91 stuff that is simply not regulated to the extent of 121 or even 135, so forgetting to fill/check the gas tanks, not understanding how the tanks work, incorrect fuel, overloading, improper operation, etc.
