Im very sorry to hear that. Not good news at all.
To answer your questions: ATI periodically opens the hiring window. As I understand it, there are a lot of applicants on file at the moment. I do not think the window will open for the remainder this year. However nobody knows for 100%.
All that said, if the window opens someone will announce it here. Plus you can follow ATI on linked in.
