We have good, well tested immunizations against illnesses that - for the healthy (enough to pass a class 1) under 65 age group as a whole - are even more deadly than COVID for that demographic. Things like Diptheria, Tetanus, Hemophilus B, influenza....
Immunization rates - exclusive of those in the military - are fairly abysmal for these things.
It is unlikely the rate will be better for COVID -19 in children and young adults.

I think it will be higher for a few reasons. For one amongst the 18-24 crowd I doubt it will be long before it mandatory for college attendance. Especially for colleges with dorms and that have large venues such as football stadiums. First responders will have to takes as well as healthcare workers.
