I'l don't think so. The LOA says:
Unemployment
The Company will not appeal or object to any unemployment claims filed by COLA 0, FCOLA-0 and ELS pilots that are approved by the pilot’s state unemployment agency.
I could be wrong, but sounds to me that you'll be able to claim full unemployment benefits?
