You’ve got to remember that a large percentage of the pilot group are young guys that are new to all of this (possibly still living at home, or with roommates or whatever) and a certain percentage that are late-life career changers that just wanted to be an airline pilot for a while. Either way, we have a lot of pilots on the property are new to all of this and are learning. I think most of us that are trying to make a living at Mesa get what’s going on. Most of us would really struggle to live on a reduced guarantee.
