I had no clue Mesa pilots rate was still in the 30s for second year pay. That is crazy how you missed out on the greatest upward pressure on wages in decades. That pay is so pitiful how did you wind up at Mesa during the greatest hiring wave in decades?
To use your own point against you, the difference between the two min guarantee options doesn’t even crack a 7k paycut for the year. If you are so interested in working another job you should have plenty of free time at 60 hours a month to make 7k doing doordash while staying current.
Your hill to die on is literally less than 7k, that is peanuts and you signed up for it!
