There is nothing factual in that petition. One of their opening premises about BLM "funding the Democratic Party" is a patent falsehood that was
spread by Infowars and Candace Owens. The rest of the petition is nothing but fear mongering editorial, just a regurgitation of Fox News bogeymen of the week.
I also happen to love how the author continues on to clutch their pearls over the TSA of all agencies - an agency almost universally regarded as a bloated, theatrical, ineffectual waste of taxpayer money at best, and an ever-growing collection of civil rights violations at its worst.
These poor, poor, people who now feel "alienated" at work because more people are empowered to share their opinion. If I had to bet, I'd guess that the same people who are now uncomfortable at work are the same people who have for years and years (completely unsolicited) been injecting politics into absolutely every cockpit conversation, spewing right-wing vitriol about millenials, lazy people, taxes, god damned Democrats, socialism, and whatever else Laura Ingraham and Jeanine Pirro were drunkenly ranting about the night before. Oh no, the people that have spent my whole career talking politics at me just to hear themselves, with no interest in my opinion or even the self-awareness to acknowledge that I even might have one, are uncomfortable now? I think I'll reserve my sympathy for people with real problems.
