Continuing Resolutions are a way of life inside the beltway. You think they really want to adopt a budget in a hotly contested election year? House and Senate are controlled by different parties. Will they come to agreement before the election? I am not holding my breath.

They will be debating 2.0 and the postal service, not the main budget.
