That's different than flying an ILS in challenging weather in a non-mountainous Airport? At least in the weather, you can't see the mountains... Put the thing on the thing and keep the other things centered. I recently flew an ILS in a Cessna, and it takes ALL day at 90 knots. That's a lot of time to lose focus.
