So charge him with a misdemeanor for having a gun from out of state underage. But that doesn't take away that fact that he acted in self defense. In both videos it's clear he was attempting to flee and being attacked from behind by the OUT OF STATE rioters. You must have missed the video here that showed him being chased down by the guy

The people that attacked him and he justly killed in self defense were a sex offender and wife beater, two scumbags that messed with the wrong guy. The other guy who lost his arm belonged to a far left agitation group and he also pulled a pistol on him.
