I don't see anything in 12 L 2 about domicile, just position and position is just seat and equipment type. I think 6 E 2 addresses displacement from domicile for moving expenses - not sure if that applies to exercising seniority in a bump and flush.
12 L 2 a “Displaced Pilots shall be entitled to exercise their Seniority against more junior Pilots in Seniority order.”
IOW you can go to any seat/domicile held by a pilot junior to you.
