Correct. Refer to the definitions section. Any words in capital letters are specifically defined. "Position" means Category and Class. No mention of domicile. One of our pilots pointed this out to me recently and I was shocked too. The union better do something about this before management bends everyone over with it. I'm sure their plan is to pretend they didn't know about it and make it look like the company stole something from us. That's what they do to cover up for their incompetence and inaction.
it doesn’t have to specify domicile. If I am displaced & have the right to excersize my seniority against junior pilots, in seniority order, that means, for example, I can find a pilot junior to me in CVG, and bump him down. That’s what that sentence means.
