This is my understanding of what exco referred to in the most recent video and the nervous chatter from the line. I wholeheartedly agree with tailendcharlie, this has absolutely kept me awake at night and will be a serious detriment to the quality of work life for myself. A big reason for me being here is the QWL, getting squeezed out of my domicile and having to bid into only open vacancies would be terrible for my personal/family situation...I don't envy exco right now, so much upheaval is coming. If there is any way to negotiate something that will mitigate the disruption to furloughs for the more junior pilots and the vacancy bids for those of us mid-seniority types then i hope they exhaust every option.

(hopefully they are negotiating something right now with management to mitigate and will advise us shortly)
