"Let's just follow the contract as agreed to by both parties in good faith." What does that mean? If you read 12.L word for word, it is technically only applicable to being bumped from your domicile AND your seat ("Position"). I can tell how our management group is going to apply that provision: exactly how it reads. There will be no "good faith" gestures on how that is applied. It will be applied precisely how it reads which is very concerning to myself and others who have voiced concerns.

See Vegaspilot's post above; I assumed that i would be able to exercise my seniority if i was bumped from my domicile. But a fellow pilot told me about the 12.L and to read the definitions of Position and Displacement carefully and that it might not be the case. After reading 12.L. the nerves set in. Not saying you should be nervous (i have no idea what your situation is) but know that some of us are planning for this worst case scenario.
