I'm sorry, but this post is ridiculous. If you were here pre-contract for more than a few years and weren't actively trying to leave, you are also part of the problem. This place was a dumpster fire. You worked for Regional wages flying trash planes with an unsafe maintenance program. There was what 400ish pilots and just under half voted against the Union. A large part of the anti-Union group put out a letter, that was written by the company's anti-Union firm, (they forgot to take the logo off! True story ask someone senior!) arguing against the Union. You are lucky the Junior pilots came here so you could upgrade. You guys voted in this trash contract, with terrible language, you'll earn our respect when it’s deserved.
