1-4 yrs service (2%)
5-9 yrs service (4%)
10+ yrs service (6%)

I think this is pretty decent for the regional industry. However, as with most things, there is room for improvement.
For example, here is the 401K match at Expressjet:
1-4 years service (4%)
5-9 years service (5%)
10+ years service (6%)
